Standard Shipping within the United States
Your shipment should arrive in approximately 3 – 7 business days. We use
UPS, USPS and FedEx to deliver packages within the United States.
Shipping within the United States costs $6.99
Express Shipping within United States
Customers have the option of choosing express shipping within the continental
US. Your shipment should arrive in 2-4 business days; estimates do not
include weekends.
Express Shipping costs $19.95
Military APO/FPO Addresses & US Territories
We ship to APO/FPO Military addresses and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam,
Virgin Islands). Costs will fall within United States shipping costs. Please
note we are not able to ship Express to APO/FPO Military addresses or US
Territories. Orders shipped to US Territories will be shipped with USPS.
Orders directed to an APO/FPO address are unable to be traced. If you wish your
order to be sent to an APO/FPO address, lost or misdirected packages cannot be
the responsibility of FragranceGlobe.com. If you are shipping to an APO/FPO
address overseas, please be aware that shipping times increase to 2 – 4 weeks.
Due to world events impacting the United States and other countries, shipments
to certain military addresses may be delayed for up to 8 weeks.
Shipping to PO Box or US Territories increases shipping time to 10 business
days.
Shipping to Canada
Shipping to Canada costs $17.99 per order. Your shipment should arrive in
approximately 6 – 10 business days. Once the package reaches your country
it will be processed and handled by Customs for appropriate clearance. Your
package will be delivered by Canada Post.
Shipping Internationally
International shipping costs $24.99 per order. Your shipment should
arrive in approximately 7 – 12 business days. Once the package reaches
your country it will be processed and handled by Customs for appropriate
clearance. Your package will be delivered by the local postal service.
International orders must be shipped to the cardholders address.
Duties or Customs Taxes Note
Please note, packages shipping to Canada or Internationally may be subject to
import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. FragranceGlobe.com
is not responsible for, and has no control over, these duties, taxes and fees.
The majority of our customers have not experienced having to pay any duties or
customs taxes, and this happens infrequently. If you decide to refuse any
shipments from FragranceGlobe.com, you are responsible for the original shipping
costs to you, and the cost of returning the package to FragranceGlobe.com. This
amount will be subtracted from your refund once the package has been returned.
FragranceGlobe.com has made every effort to minimize the shipping costs and does
not profit from these rates. We are required by law to disclose the full value
